Free order cancellation is possible 48 hours before the delivery date
After 48 hours before shipping the cancelation fee is 50%
Cancellation requests for orders less than 48 hour are subject to an AED 50% cancellation fee.
If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping and the full item price.
Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 3 to 5 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. The customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.
Return or exchange of the product
1. Refunds for Damaged Boxes
a. Eligibility: We offer refunds exclusively for damaged boxes upon delivery. If your food items arrive in a damaged box, you are eligible for a refund.
b. Notification: To initiate a refund for a damaged box, please notify us within 1 hour of receiving the delivery. You can contact our customer service team via email or the contact number provided on the website.
c. Evidence: To process your refund, we may request photographic evidence of the damaged box and its contents. This helps us ensure the accuracy of your claim and improve our packaging processes.
d. Refund Processing: Once we receive your request and verify the damage, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days through the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
a. Integrity of Food Items: While we guarantee the quality and freshness of our food items, we do not offer refunds for items that are undamaged but deemed unsatisfactory due to personal preference or taste.
Whatsinzbox reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will be communicated promptly to our customers to maintain transparency and trust.
